Version 0.8 - climbing out of alpha

Hello all!  Time at long last for a new update; version 0.8 is here, and I'm finally confident enough to say that the game is coming out of alpha towards beta!  Lots and lots of new bug fixes, a new leaderboard, and a complete overhaul of the new player guide, along with a new "Beginner" mode which streamlines the game and also shortens it, to help with learning the new concepts.

I'd love to have you give it a shot and let me know what you think!
